Correction should remain visible.
This site should make it easy to see what changed and why. A website fix, a source update, and a manuscript revision are different events and should not be blurred together.
Identify precisely
Record the canonical URL, section title, exact passage, and whether the issue concerns transcription, evidence, framing, accessibility, or function.
Verify at the right layer
Check the manuscript, source apparatus, public record, code behavior, and the level of standing the claim is asking to carry.
Amend visibly
Correct the affected surface and log material changes without pretending a site correction silently revised the source manuscript.
Report an issue
Specific reports are easier to verify and harder to lose.
Do not send private health, legal, identifying, or crisis information. This channel is for corrections to the public work, not personal support.
