A useful question can widen the field. It does not guarantee a single correct answer.
The render is not another name for opinion. Opinion is usually available for statement. A render can be pre-verbal, bodily, spatial, and immediate. A room feels welcoming or exposed. A face appears trustworthy. A road looks crossable. A familiar song makes the present seem briefly continuous with another year. A person enters a hospital corridor and becomes smaller inside it.
The world does not first arrive neutral and then receive a caption. It arrives with affordances, dangers, invitations, distances, and emotional temperature already built in. The render carries perceived significance, emotion, bodily readiness, action impulse, and an immediate sense of what kind of world this is. These features are analytically separable, but they usually arrive together.
These are not independent modules. The impulse to leave changes what the room looks like. The frame of betrayal changes the body. Bodily arousal changes which face seems hostile. A remembered failure changes the perceived size of the task. The render is the whole usable arrangement. Interpretation is what the person later claims that arrangement means.
